This page explains how digital products, downloads, artwork, graphics, templates, and free creative resources from 60’s Offspring Creative Studios may be used.

 

Please review the individual product listing or download page for any item-specific license details. If a product listing includes different usage terms, the terms listed with that product will apply.

Digital Product Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products, artwork, graphics, illustrations, templates, printable files, design assets, and downloadable materials are the intellectual property of 60’s Offspring Creative Studios or the credited creator.

 

Purchasing or downloading a digital product gives you permission to use the file according to the license provided. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork, design, file, or creative content.

Personal Use

Unless a product listing says otherwise, digital products may be used for personal projects.

 

Personal use may include things like:

  • Printing for your own home, office, journal, planner, or craft project
  • Creating gifts for friends or family
  • Using the file in a personal scrapbook, journal, card, or creative project
  • Displaying the finished piece in your personal space
  • Using the file for non-commercial learning or inspiration

Personal use does not allow resale, redistribution, commercial production, or use in client work unless the product listing specifically allows it.

Commercial Use

Some digital products may be marked as available for commercial use.

 

If a product is marked for commercial use, you may use it within the limits described in that specific product listing. Commercial use may include small business marketing, printed materials, social media graphics, client presentations, packaging mockups, or finished physical goods, depending on the license stated on the product page.

 

Unless the listing clearly says otherwise, commercial use does not allow you to:

  • Resell the original digital file
  • Redistribute, upload, share, or give away the file
  • Claim the artwork or design as your own
  • Sell the file as part of another digital product bundle
  • Upload the file to stock image, design asset, template, print-on-demand, or marketplace websites
  • Use the file to create a directly competing digital product

Attribution for commercial-use items is appreciated unless the product listing states that attribution is required.

Editorial, Educational, and Non-Commercial Sharing

Some digital products or creative works may not be listed for commercial use, but may be appropriate for editorial, educational, commentary, review, blog, social media, or non-commercial sharing.

 

Editorial or educational use may include referencing an image, design, or artwork in a blog post, article, presentation, review, classroom material, or social media post, as long as the use is not misleading and does not imply that you created the original work.

 

When using or referencing our work in an editorial, educational, or non-commercial context, please include attribution whenever possible.

Editorial, educational, or non-commercial sharing does not allow you to resell, redistribute, alter, repackage, upload, or claim the work as your own.

Free Downloads

From time to time, 60’s Offspring Creative Studios may offer free digital downloads or creative resources.

 

Free downloads are still protected by copyright.

 

Unless clearly stated otherwise, free downloads are provided for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared as a file, or claimed as your own.

 

If you share a finished project, blog post, social media post, or other public use that includes a free download from 60’s Offspring Creative Studios, attribution is appreciated and may be required if stated on the download page.

What You May Not Do

Unless you have written permission or the product listing clearly allows it, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original digital file
  • Upload the file to another website, marketplace, platform, or file-sharing service
  • Claim the artwork, design, or file as your own
  • Use the file to create a competing digital product
  • Sell the file as part of a bundle, template pack, clipart pack, printable collection, or digital asset library
  • Use the artwork in a logo, trademark, or brand identity without written permission
  • Use the artwork in a misleading, defamatory, unlawful, hateful, or harmful way
  • Use the artwork in artificial intelligence training datasets, machine learning datasets, or generative AI tools without written permission

Custom Licensing

If you are interested in using a digital product, artwork, or design beyond the license listed on the product page, please contact us.

Custom licensing may be available for certain projects, including expanded commercial use, editorial use, publication, product packaging, event materials, or other creative uses.
