Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with 60’s Offspring Creative Studios. We want you to feel good about your purchase, and we will do our best to help if something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected.

 

Because our shop may include a mix of print-on-demand products, personally fulfilled items, and digital downloads, return and refund options may vary depending on the type of product purchased.

Contact Us Before Returning an Item

Please contact us before mailing any return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

To begin a return, refund, or exchange request, please contact us through our Contact page and include “Returns” in the subject line.

 

Please include your order number, the item you purchased, and a brief description of the issue in the body of your message. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reply with instructions and may ask you to provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some products in our shop are created and fulfilled through print-on-demand production partners, including Printify.

 

Because these items are made after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.

 

However, if your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Personally Shipped Physical Items

Some items may be fulfilled and shipped directly by 60’s Offspring Creative Studios.

 

For eligible personally shipped physical items, we may accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging when applicable.

 

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items that are damaged, used, altered, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Free digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Print-on-demand items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect
  • Health, personal care, or sanitary items, when applicable

Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products, including downloadable files, templates, artwork, graphics, design assets, and free digital downloads, are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

If you experience a technical problem with a digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. If the file is defective, missing, or inaccessible due to an error on our end, we may provide a corrected file, replacement download, or other appropriate solution.

 

Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded, or claimed as your own unless the product listing clearly states otherwise.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved or denied.

 

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received confirmation that your refund was approved but have not yet seen it posted, please first check your bank account or payment account again.

 

Next, contact your credit card company, payment provider, or bank, as refunds may take several business days to process and officially appear on your statement.

 

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your approved refund, please reply through the existing communication thread or contact us through our Contact page and include “Refund Status” in the subject line.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

 

If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us through our Contact page and include “Exchange Request” in the subject line. Please include your order number, the item you purchased, and a brief description of the issue.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

 

For eligible returns where the item is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an approved product issue.

 

If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, approved returns may be refunded as store credit or gift credit when available.

 

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any approved refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
